Here are the latest updates on the JKSSS 2024-25
For the session 2024-25 Applications are invited for the selection of meritorious candidates who are the permanent resident of Jammu & Kashmir for their Admissions against following seats. Selected Candidates will get total free financial assistance including Tuition, Hostel, Food, Uniform, Stationery, Books etc.
NOTE:
- 40% seats are specially reserved for female applicants
- Scholarship percentage breakup as following
- 50% will be borne by Indian Army
- Rs. 30,000 to be paid by student (as onetime payment)
- Remaining will be borne by B.I.S Group of Institutions

Guidelines for Admission in B.I.S Group of Institution through Jammu Kashmir Special Scholarship Scheme (JKSSS) for 2024-25 session.
Step-I: - Download and Print the Application form, Willingness certificate and other undertakings.
Step-II: - Fill the Application form and Willingness certificate and other undertakings.
Step-III: - Submit the Application form and Willingness certificate along with all the essential documents to the nearest army camp.
Step-IV: - Appear for the entrance exam to be held on 25th July 2024 (Tentative).
Eligibility Criteria
- Student should have a domicile of Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
- Student should have been passed 12th standard from recognized Board.
- Student should belong to Economically Weaker Section.
